Order Processing



All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer during product drops, sales, or high-volume periods.


Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.





Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.


Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ALANT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • Postal services or carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information






Shipping Confirmation & Tracking



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.





Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



ALANT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.


If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.





Incorrect Address



Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.


Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.





Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Shipping



International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


ALANT is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or refused by customs.
